We are Trinity.

Principal’s Welcome.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to Trinity Anglican College for 2020.

There is so much to look forward to in the coming year and I would like to share with you my vision for our wonderful College. This vision focuses on bringing out the best in each other by adhering to the 4 Pillars of a Trinity Education. Everything we do at Trinity will be underpinned by these 4 pillars and they will influence our daily decisions, inspire our actions and qualify our thoughts. The year ahead will see a continuation of excellent academic standards, exciting and high quality teaching and innovative use of new learning spaces.

Trinity has a tradition of young people reaching for their best and inspiring greatness in one another. In an increasingly complex world, Trinity provides a strong community where young people are not only engaged in creativity and innovation but also embody compassion and service.

Our College holds a strong academic achievement record and offers a rich and diverse curriculum. Our teachers love to engage tomorrow’s leaders, equipping them with the tools to shine today and in the future. We also enjoy a fantastic range of sporting, service learning and co-curricular opportunities.

Our History.

Humble beginnings to state-of-the-art.

Founded in 2002 on Urana Road in Lavington NSW, Trinity Anglican College has grown from humble beginnings that consisted of two portable buildings and a church that housed 17 founding students and 3 staff. 2004 saw Trinity deepen its educational expansion and locate its College community to a 10ha semi-rural location in Thurgoona NSW. Today we are blessed with 1165 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 with purpose built, state of the art facilities.

At Trinity, you are given challenges and choices whilst being nurtured to succeed.

Our Ethos.

Our Vision

Trinity Anglican College: an aspirational school committed to a holistic education, offering students opportunities for excellence and catering for individual students’ needs, interests and skills.

Our Mission

Bringing the vision to reality for our students.

Our Values.

Trinity’s vision and mission are underpinned by the following values as modelled by Jesus Christ:

Our Faith.

OUR CHRISTIAN FAITH

As an Anglican school, Trinity Anglican College provides hope through the example of Jesus Christ as proclaimed in the Gospels and through proclaiming, sharing and celebrating our faith. We express our faith through our relationships, worship and prayer, and through the service of others. In Anglican schools the spiritual and moral dimensions of education find a significant place in the curriculum. In this context, students at Trinity experience regular reflection and worship and through these are encouraged to explore Christian faith. The Christian values which come from the Anglican tradition lead to young men and women at Trinity with a developed values system which is evident in their behaviour, outlook, relationships and service.

The Anglican Schools Commission

Trinity Anglican College is owned and operated by The Anglican Schools Commission (Inc.). Established in 1985, the Anglican Schools Commission’s mission is to establish and support low fee paying Anglican systemic schools which provide a high quality, inclusive and caring Christian education. The Anglican Schools Commission (ASC) currently comprises 14 schools on 16 campuses in three States, including Trinity Anglican College Albury. The combined enrolment across these ASC schools is almost 14,000 students. ASC schools enable families to choose a comprehensive, quality education for their children, with Gospel values as their foundation.
