The aim of the Learning Support Team is to improve educational outcomes for all students. In the Junior School, the learning support team consists of specialised teachers and teachers’ aides who assist and support students in their classroom lessons. Small group explicit teaching groups are offered to students who require extra Literacy intervention. In the Senior School the team provides in class support in specialist lessons as well as opportunities for students to work in small groups or individually with specialised learning support teachers.
