Our Newsletter provides information to help parents and friends stay up-to-date with all the happenings at Trinity. The Newsletter is published fortnightly during term time, and sent out via email, the College App, Facebook and here on the website.

Term 1, Week 2
Welcome back to 2026!
It has been wonderful to welcome our students back to Trinity for another exciting year of learning and community life.
A very warm welcome to the many new families joining us this year - it has been a joy to see our new Kinders settle so confidently into school life.
We have also marked some special milestones across the College. Our Year 7 students proudly received their 2031 pins, symbolising their transition into Senior School and their place within the Trinity community. Our Year 12 students were presented with their 2026 Senior Jumpers, a much-anticipated tradition that signals the beginning of their final chapter at Trinity.

Term 1, Week 4
It has been another busy and exciting fortnight across the College. We proudly announced our Junior School Captains, hosted our Swimming Carnivals in both the Junior and Senior Schools, welcomed our 2027 Kindergarten students for their very first Kinder Konnect morning on campus, and saw our Year 7 students take part in an important River Safety Day at Noreuil Park.

Term 1, Week 6
We were greeted by a cool autumn morning today for our Ride to School event. Thank you to all the students and families who took part, and to our Year 11 Relay for Life team for cooking up bacon and egg rolls and milkshakes for our riders.
It has been another busy fortnight at Trinity. Our swimmers delivered strong performances at the BISSA Swimming Carnival in Wagga, Year 12 students attended the TAFE and University Roadshow to explore pathways for next year, and our Book Fair saw the Library filled with enthusiastic readers. Junior students enjoyed yoga and mindfulness during Creative Pursuits, and our equestrian riders represented the College well at the Interschool Equestrian event

2025 Newsletters
Term 4, Week 2
Welcome back to Term 4!
It’s been a fast and fantastic start to the term, with so much happening across the College. Our Year 12s have begun their HSC exams and are doing a sensational job. We’ve welcomed our Year 11s into their final year of schooling and announced our 2026 College Captains. Our community rallied together to raise over $17,000 for Relay for Life, our Kinders enjoyed their annual Teddy Bear Picnic, and our Year 1 students have been making a splash at swimming lessons!

Term 4, Week 4
This week we celebrate some wonderful milestones across the College!
Our Year 12s have officially completed their HSC exams – an incredible achievement, and we can’t wait to celebrate with them at next week’s Valedictory Dinner!
Meanwhile, our Year 9s have been paddling their way down the Murray River to Yarrawonga on camp, our 2026 Kindergarten students enjoyed their very first transition day, our Year 11s were recognised for their First in Course achievements, and our Year 4s impressed everyone with a fantastic strings concert performance. Term 4, Week 6
The weeks are certainly flying by!
In the past fortnight, we paused to reflect at our Remembrance Day service, celebrated our Year 12 students at their Valedictory Dinner, and cheered on our K–2 students during their swimming day. Our VEX Robotics teams travelled to Melbourne for the State Championships, with the Trinity Eagles securing a place at the National Championships in Adelaide. We also had the pleasure of welcoming the Kapooka Army Band, who led workshops and performed for our students.

Term 4, Week 8
With just one week left of Term 4, it has been a busy and exciting time at Trinity!
Our Year 10 PASS students hit the waves for a surfing excursion, we welcomed our incoming Year 7s for Step-Up Day, our 2026 Kindergarten cohort enjoyed their final transition session, Year 5 travelled back in time on their Ballarat camp, and we celebrated with our wonderful Trinity Carols evening.

End of Term 4
We certainly ended the year on a high, with a calendar full of memorable events - from our End of Year Celebrations and the Year 6 Guard of Honour to the highly anticipated Performing Arts competitions and the outstanding HSC results of our Year 12 students.
We hope you enjoy reading our final newsletter for 2025, which captures many of these special events.
As we conclude the year, we wish all members of our community a wonderful Christmas break spent with family and friends. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed, recharged, and ready for the year ahead.

Term 3, Week 2
Welcome to Term 3!
Term 3 is off to a strong start, and it’s been wonderful to see our students reconnecting and settling back into College life after the break.
Already this term, we’ve hosted our Year 9, 10, and 11 Subject Selection Evenings, seen students represent Trinity at the RAS and BISSA athletics meets, and celebrated NAIDOC Week across the College. We even managed to catch a little winter sunshine during lunchtime!

Term 3, Week 4
What a fortnight it has been at Trinity!
From the sports field to the stage, our students have been shining brightly. Over the past two weeks, we’ve seen incredible efforts in footy, basketball, tennis and the winter biathlon. Our Performing Arts students impressed at the Eisteddfod, Year 3 delved into the fascinating story of the Uiver and its emergency landing at the LibraryMuseum (with a surprise spot of Mrs Pearson on a flag!), and our Year 12s completed their Trial HSC exams with determination and focus. Meanwhile, our Kindergarten students celebrated a special milestone - 100 days of school!

Term 3, Week 6
The past two weeks at Trinity have been filled with highlights – from our whole-school Book Week parade and Year 11’s sleep-out for homelessness, to Year 6 orienteering in Chiltern, Kinder learning dog safety with Chai, the Year 5/6 Todd Woodbridge Cup tennis team earning a trip to Sydney, Year 9 student Hugh Wells making the Border Mail front page for his marathon swim, and our Performing Arts students shining in their showcase!

Term 3, Week 8
In the past fortnight, we’ve celebrated our dads with a delicious breakfast, been wowed by our VEX Robotics students in their challenge against Galen Catholic College, and cheered on our Junior athletes at the NSW CIS Athletics Championships and our Year 6 mixed netball team at the NSW Netball Cup in Wagga. Our Year 7 and 8 students shone at Tournament of the Minds, while Year 11s commenced their Preliminary Exams and impressed us with their incredible Design & Tech light projects - don’t miss the Design & Tech Showcase next week to see their work up close!

Term 3, Week 10
This week, we farewelled our Year 12 students after 13 years of schooling. It’s always a week of mixed emotions - pride as they complete their formal schooling, but also a touch of sadness as this chapter closes and they prepare to step into the wider world. We are incredibly proud of this cohort and wish them a restful break before they take on their HSC exams. Go well, Year 12 - you have made us proud.
It has also been a busy and vibrant week across the College: we welcomed more than 500 grandparents for Grandparents’ Day, farewelled Rev Emily, celebrated sporting achievements, enjoyed the creativity of our Year 9 Personal Best Projects, and waved off our Year 3 and 4 students as they headed to Borambola Camp. As we move into the term break, we wish all our Trinity families rest, happiness, and time well spent together.

Term 2, Week 2
We've hit the ground running this term with a number of key events and achievements already behind us. We began with our whole school ANZAC Day assembly, followed by the Year 12 Retreat - their final school camp experience!
Our senior basketball teams had a strong showing in Wagga, and our junior cross-country runners performed exceptionally well at Jindera. Year 11 SLR students tackled the Mount Buffalo hike, while our Year 6 leaders represented Trinity at a leadership conference.
We've also held both our Senior and Junior Athletics Carnivals, celebrating student effort and participation across all year levels.
This morning, we welcomed our Trinity mums for a special Mother’s Day Breakfast, which followed the official opening of our three new buildings - a significant milestone for our school community.
It’s been a busy and rewarding start to the term, and there’s still plenty more to come!

Term 2, Week 4
The past fortnight we’ve welcomed our future 2026 Kindergarten and Year 7 students to Trinity, cheered on our teams at the U15s Footy Gala Day, the NSW Netball Cup, and the biathlon, and celebrated culture and community with Multicultural Day and our delicious Biggest Morning Tea.
On campus, we’ve watched our beautiful new mural take shape and were transported Back to the 80s with the Senior School’s fantastic production - a definite highlight!

Term 2, Week 6
It’s been a vibrant and meaningful fortnight at Trinity! We've celebrated National Reconciliation Week, with a range of special activities across the College. Our Kindy to Year 2 students enjoyed getting their hands dirty on Enviro Day, and we were thrilled to welcome cultural performers Dion Drummond and Phil Geia, who inspired students from K-8 with their energy and storytelling.
We also had the pleasure of hosting Olympian rower Sarah Hawe, who shared her incredible journey with our students. Our Year 7 cohort proudly received their ‘Class of 2030’ badges and Gideons Bibles, marking an important step in their secondary school journey - all under the glow of some glorious winter sunshine!

Term 2, Week 8
This fortnight, our staff travelled to Cathedral College in Wangaratta for the AngliSchools Anglican Identity Day, while students represented the College across a range of sports - from football and netball to basketball and cross country - at both local and state levels. Our Senior basketball teams also made the trip to St Margaret’s Grammar in Berwick for ASC practice matches, gaining valuable game-time experience.
Back on campus, our Year 5 and 6 students embraced their Drama Immersion Days with enthusiasm, and we had the pleasure of welcoming many excited young learners and their families during our Kindergarten interviews. Year 5 also showcased their creativity and entrepreneurial flair at the Bizarre Bazaar - a highlight of the term!
Adding to the energy of the week, we were honoured to welcome Michael Loftus-Hills, violinist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and expert in the Alexander Technique, for a special day of workshops, tutorials and a masterclass with our String Orchestra - an enriching musical experience for all involved.

Term 1, Week 4
A busy and exciting fortnight at Trinity!
Our Year 7 and Year 6 students embarked on their camps, the Junior School held its swimming carnival, and we welcomed our 2026 Kinders and their families for their first ‘Kinder Konnect’ session. Additionally, our Year 11 and Year 8 students participated in their meet-the-mentor sessions.

Over the past fortnight, our Year 6 students explored Canberra, the senior school made a splash at the swimming carnival, and school photos captured memorable moments. Meanwhile, our mountain bikers took on the trails at Thredbo, and our equestrian team delivered outstanding performances at the inter-school event.

It's hard to believe we're nearing the end of the term! Over the past fortnight, our Year 10s hit the waves in Anglesea, students completed another year of NAPLAN, we came together to celebrate Harmony Day and many took to their bikes for Ride to School Day.

Term 1, Week 10
And just like that – Term 1 is done!
We wrapped it up in style with our wonderful K-2 Easter Hat Parade - and what a spectacular display of creativity it was!
It’s been a busy and exciting end to the term, with highlights including our Junior and Senior Cross Country events, Year 2’s journey back in time for their Immersion Day, an inspiring art workshop for our Year 11 students with renowned artist Daniel Butterworth, and a fantastic turnout of over 350 visitors across our Open Days.
