Growing Together

At Trinity, we are committed to creating spaces where children can learn, play and thrive.  So, it is with great enthusiasm we share plans for a new Junior School playground, designed to be a vibrant, engaging and welcoming environment for our youngest students.  This project reflects our belief learning extends far beyond the classroom and play is an essential part of every child’s growth and development.

The new playground, located beside the K – 2 Building, has been envisioned as much more than a recreational space.  It will be a place that supports student wellbeing, encourages imagination, strengthens social connections and fosters a sense of belonging.  Through active play, students develop physical confidence and coordination.  Through shared experiences, they build friendships, resilience and important social skills.  Through natural play elements, they deepen their connection to the environment around them.

This exciting development is also a significant investment in the future of our College community.  The playground will be a shared space for current students and for generations of children who will follow.  It is a legacy project that will enrich the Junior School experience and contribute to a strong sense of community for many years to come.

To help bring this vision to life, we are launching our Growing Together fundraising campaign. We warmly invite families, if they are in a position to do so, to consider making a contribution towards this special project.  All donations are entirely voluntary, and there is no expectation to give. We recognise every family’s circumstances are different, and support for our College community can take many forms.  Any contribution, big or small, will help us move closer to creating a high quality and enriching space for our students.

Funds raised through the campaign will go directly towards the Junior School playground project, including additional play equipment and features, landscaping and natural play elements, shaded areas, seating and finishing touches that will enhance the overall experience for children.  Our goal is to create an inviting and dynamic environment that supports creativity, active play and student wellbeing.

Contributions at the Bronze and above level will be acknowledged on a dedicated Honour Wall within the Junior School.  Donors can remain anonymous if they prefer.

As the project progresses in stages, we look forward to sharing updates with you.

Thank you for your ongoing partnership and support.  Together, we have the opportunity to create a fun-filled and enduring space that will inspire children for many years to come.
